**Position Overview:

**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner (Junior) to serve as a key stakeholder in the development and execution of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear and actionable product requirements and effectively communicating them to the Scrum Team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure successful product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

**Product Vision & Strategy: **Work closely with business stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap. Ensure alignment between business objectives and product strategy. Contribute to product planning and goal setting.

**Requirement Gathering & Documentation: **Gather business and user requirements through research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis. Document and refine product features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Product Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value. Break down complex features into manageable tasks for development teams. Regularly updated backlog based on evolving business needs and user feedback.

**Agile & Scrum Collaboration: **Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings. Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor sprint progress and remove roadblocks as needed.

**Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: **Act as the main point of contact between development teams and business stakeholders. Provide clear and consistent updates on product progress and key milestones. Facilitate discussions to ensure cross-functional team alignment.

**Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: **Analyze product performance using KPIs and user feedback. Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.

**Required Qualifications:

**

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university. (Three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for the degree.)

**Experience:

**

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product management.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in product management tools.

**Preferred Qualifications:

**

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.

Experience working in a technology-driven or software development environment.
