JOB SUMMARY: You will serve our customers by safely transporting products from the warehouse to various locations, delivering and unloading products according to customer invoices and company standards.

Unload products from the trailer using hand or hand cart, ensuring proper placement in customer storage areas.

Complete all paperwork following company and governmental guidelines, including logging with the DOT.

Meet food safety protocols and maintain sanitary conditions in the delivery vehicle and warehouse.

Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree with 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school may substitute for the diploma.

1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required; food and/or beverage delivery experience is a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, and safe lifting practices.

Skills in long-distance driving, customer interaction, and problem-solving.

Ability to operate tractor-trailers, manage hazardous materials, and perform basic math calculations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular tasks require sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and pushing/pulling 350 pounds with a hand cart. Involves climbing in/out of the vehicle and working in varying weather conditions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

You may work in wet, hot, or cold conditions and in confined spaces. Expect to work overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays, with occasional exposure to mechanical parts and airborne particles.
