Opportunities for advancement What You'll Do... As an Installation Technician, you will spend your day will be responsible for providing exceptional installations of our system in homes under construction. You will spend your day completing approximately 2 - 4 home installations per day. Install polyethylene tube system in new construction homes as scheduled. Install Termite Bait Stations. Perform tube system modifications and repairs. Clean-up work debris upon job completion. Perform visual inspection for wood destroying organisms. Complete service tickets including mapping service receptacle locations. Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment. Follow all safety procedures as required. Attending all required meetings.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, office staff, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads daily.

Must be able to pass state verifiable training exam.

The ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to carry, lift, and climb up to a 6 ft. ladder.

The ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions

Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Good oral and written communication

Solid attention to detail

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Availability to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
