Overview
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor, RN assists the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. The Clinical Educator/Supervisor understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services. Is visibly on the unit 50% of scheduled hours, assisting staff with patient care, providing education, rounding on patients, and assuring the highest quality of care is provided to patients. Collaborates with other members of the leadership team to provide 24 hours on call coverage 7 days a week on a rotation basis.
