An employer in The Woodlands, TX area is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join their HR team. This person will be the Technical expert dedicated to the Workday HCM System. On a daily basis, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the support, enhancement, configuration, and integration of the company's workday system. This individual will be Supporting the HCM suite including modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, and payroll. This person will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders, so it is important that they are comfortable having direct communication and accountability in business relationships.
This is a permanent opportunity paying $115 - 125K annually with a potential bonus and benefits

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in technical HRIS roles
Experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing Workday HCM
Experience with Workday Studio for integration, including API creation / management and report writing
Experience in the following modules: Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, and Payroll Project management / people management experience
Workday certifications null
