Responsibilities

Prepare all ingredients - cook and plate as indicated.

Consistently set up and clean stations.

Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, countertops, and shelves.

Knows how to cook proteins and follow temperature preferences for red meat.

Punctual and a team player

Experience working with a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu

Answer, report and follow Chef's instructions.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Attributes

Proficient knife skills

Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times

Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment

Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs as needed
