Founding Machine Learning Engineer

As a Founding Machine Learning Engineer, you will have a vital role in building and scaling ML systems from the ground up. Collaborating closely with the co-founder, you will contribute to the core architecture, product roadmap, and long-term AI strategy, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of multimodal products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CTO and software team to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models.

Lead the creation of end-to-end ML pipelines, encompassing data collection, pre-processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Optimize model performance to ensure scalability, robustness, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in developing machine learning models across NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI.

Expertise in Python, React, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Experience in startup settings, preferably as part of founding or early-stage technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in AI applications related to gaming, content creation, virtual worlds, health tech, or blockchain technologies.

Familiarity with large-scale data processing, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, creative mindset.
