Job DescriptionIndustrial Electrician

We are seeking a Direct Hire Industrial Electricianwith a starting pay range of $32.00 - $34.00 per hour for a leading manufacturer in the Cranberry area. First shift opportunity is available for our Industrial Electrician.Industrial Electrician role responsibilities:

Performs electrical work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide variety of machinery and electrical control apparatus throughout the facility.

Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.

Prepares requisition for materials and supplies.

Maintain and repair equipment and Allen Bradley/Siemens controls.

Inspect electrical components.

Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.

Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs.

Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test.

Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans, conduit, and junction boxes.

Industrial Electricianrole requirements:

10+ years’ experience with transformers or high voltage equipment design, manufacturing, service or testing.

The ability to manage small work groups.

Must be able to pass physical work requirements.

Must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional overtime when warranted.

Must have experience with Three Phase Power and 480 Voltage.

Ability to wire PLCs.
