CONSTRUCTION FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Basile Studio is an innovative fabrication and design-build studio specializing in custom furniture, architectural elements, and large-scale installations.

We are seeking a Construction Finance Administrator with expertise in commercial/hospitality or high-end residential construction industry. The ideal candidates will play a key role in financial and sub-contractor management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Budget management

Track income and expenses

Manage liquidity and cash flow

Manage and coordinate w/estimator

Sub-contractor bids and contract management

Lien releases and legal coordination

Account and cost reconciliation

Maintain compliance regulations

Project financial reporting

Project and year end close outs

Report to Controller and CPA

REQUIREMENTS

8 years of construction administration and finance experience

Advanced QuickBooks proficiency

Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations

Strong organizational and leadership skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive salary $85,000 - $95,000 a year (Based on experience)
