Low Voltage Project Lead

Job Details:
The successful Technology Project Lead is an individual who is able to successfully prepare daily goals, assigns a task, and track all daily activities on a project basis. The successful candidate will be able to analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other project documentation to create schedules to meet customer expectations, and track production using a wiring schedule. The candidate will need to be able to communicate with the End User, General Contractor, and Prism Management on the status of assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction supervision to discuss and formulate (ETC) estimate to complete values including material and labor on assigned projects.
Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare required reports to manage the assigned projects.
Confer with engineers, designers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates on assigned projects
Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work
Maintain labor and material budgets reports, and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project
Manage onsite personnel and assign daily goals to ensure schedules are met.
Manage all safety requirements on assigned projects
QAQC on all Technology work performed on assigned projects.
Perform other duties as assigned
