Interview process: Javascript and React IKM assessment followed by max 2 interviews with Wells Fargo

Project: Project is - Cards Digital Capabilities, Responsive UI for Public Site. Creating web applications for customers to use. Financial applications experience helpful. Team builds the front end customer facing apps for wf.com - public and secure site. Build applications for the public site. Credit card related applications.

Day to day: Fully agile/scrum. 5-6 Net new scrums that are going to start. New requirements are all for new applications. Front end dev team needs to interact with the backend folks to see what data is coming from their side. In the dev environment, they use mop data and work with the framework team to know what components are available. They will build the code. Use Git to review code and then gets deployed to the QA environment. 60-70% hands on coding. The rest is interaction with the scrum team. 2 week spring cycles.

Yrs of exp?: Ideally 7+ years of experience, 2 front end people per scrum team

Must have: React, Javascript, web application experience, unit testing; NodeJS, understanding of Git workflow

Nice to have: ADA is an advantage, when they create apps, they use the right coding for ada compatibility, prior banking experience, working on customer facing applications, walmartlabs, graduated from good colleges, masters in computer science
