Pre-inspect truck.
Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
Load and unload cargo.
Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
All drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers.
This full-time position offers a home weekly schedule and requires drivers to hand-unload trailers using rollers.
On average, you'll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 950 miles weekly

Driver can take trucks home to park as long as it safe and secure. If you live near Cowpens we have a place to park the equipment.
$1366-1654 weekly Delivery Locations:
Account delivers customer freight out of Cowpens, SC to locations in SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH.
Drivers typically pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the Distribution Center. Schedule:
Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly. Days off are either Friday night to Saturday, or Saturday night to Sunday.
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day
Able to pass random drug tests
No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever
No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime
No DUI's within the past 5 years
Listening and verbal communication skills
Dependability Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
CDL - Class A
Certificate from an accredited CDL school
21 years or older
At least three months of OTR experience
must live within 50 miles of Knoxville, TN
