Job Description:

As a Dynatrace Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the observability and monitoring strategy across the organization. You will lead the design and architecture of Dynatrace implementations, ensuring that it is tailored to the needs of the organization and delivers value through advanced monitoring, AIOps capabilities, and performance insights. Your expertise in Dynatrace will guide teams through the integration and optimization of observability tools to enhance application, infrastructure, and business process monitoring at scale.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Architect Dynatrace Solutions: Design and architect Dynatrace solutions that align with the company's observability, performance, and business goals.

Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic leadership on the adoption and implementation of Dynatrace across various IT teams and business units, focusing on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Design Monitoring Frameworks: Architect and implement monitoring frameworks for both application and infrastructure performance, ensuring seamless integration across various systems.

AIOps and Automation: Utilize Dynatrace AIOps capabilities to automate anomaly detection, performance optimizations, and accelerate adherence to SLAs.

Advanced Dashboards: Lead the design of advanced monitoring dashboards for synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring (RUM), infrastructure, and FinOps insights, ensuring they deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

Define Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices for monitoring, observability, and performance management using Dynatrace, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization.

Performance Tuning & Optimization: Analyze Dynatrace data to identify performance bottlenecks, capacity planning issues, and potential opportunities for optimization across systems.

Mentor & Train: Mentor internal teams on Dynatrace architecture, observability principles, and SRE practices, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency.

Documentation & Standards: Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for Dynatrace monitoring strategies, configurations, and best practices.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other architects, DevOps, SREs, and product teams to align Dynatrace architecture with organizational needs and IT roadmaps. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Dynatrace Architect or in a similar leadership role, with expertise in the design and implementation of Dynatrace solutions.

Deep technical knowledge in Dynatrace, including synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring (RUM), AIOps, and infrastructure monitoring.

Strong understanding of FinOps, cloud-native architectures, and modern observability practices.

Experience in performance engineering, capacity planning, and ensuring system reliability through effective monitoring solutions.

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications in Dynatrace or relevant observability technologies are a plus.
