We are growing and immediately hiring an experienced Dealership Parts Manager to oversee and manage our Parts Department, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and more. Dealership Parts Management experience is required.
Responsibilities - Parts Manager:
Oversee and manage a high-volume Import Dealership's Parts Department's daily operations, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and much more.
Analyze department performance and implement improvements
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile differences
Ship and receive parts
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required: Dealership Parts Manager experience with excellent management, communication and customer service skills
Kia and Hyundai parts experience is preferred but not required
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Valid driver's license and insurance
