Responsibilities - Acquisition Specialist:
Proactively reach out to private vehicle sellers and respond to inbound leads
Build rapport and communicate the benefits of selling their vehicle to Corwin Ford
Evaluate used vehicles and coordinate the appraisal and purchasing process
Collaborate with the management team to meet inventory goals
Maintain accurate records of communication, offers, and acquisitions
Qualifications - Acquisition Specialist:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence and professionalism on the phone, online, and in person
High attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition
Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Self-motivated and organized with a strong sense of accountability
Valid driver’s license
Energetic with a positive attitude
Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
