Previous Receptionist, BDC, Customer Service, or Call Center Experience Preferred
Milea GMC Subaru is busier than ever and seeking to add outgoing and friendly BDC Representative/Receptionist to join our team, answering customer inquiries, scheduling sales and service appointments, handling inbound calls, greeting walk-in customers, and managing administrative tasks at the front desk. We offer:
$50,000 - $75,000 a year

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls about vehicle availability, pricing, and service appointments
Schedule sales and service appointments to connect customers with our dealership team
Create excitement about our vehicles and provide top-tier customer service
Manage CRM system to track customer interactions and follow-ups
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
Handle administrative and receptionist duties, including directing calls, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming front desk experience
Qualifications:
Automotive BDC or Sales experience is a plus!
Customer service, receptionist, and telephone/call center experience is a plus
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume
An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
