Responsibilities – Title Clerk:
Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state
Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office on related issues
Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
Perform general administrative tasks
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications – Title Clerk:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years of Titling experience at an auto dealership or DMV
Automotive experience preferred
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, basic working knowledge of automotive accounting preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service
Work with all levels of employee
Valid driver's license and good driving record
