The account manager will oversee the account portfolio in Virginia; meeting clients, responding to emails and phone calls from property management and clients, adhering to P&L budgets working directly with porters, cleaners, and supervisors to ensure customer needs are met as described on the cleaning scope of work. Ordering supplies, Submitting time records for staff. The salary for this position starts at $50K depending on experience and education. Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Prepare reports on account status

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications

Must be flexible as the position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Must have attended and successfully passed the training.

Must have at least 2 years of janitorial management experience or experience in a related field. A College degree may account for of the experience qualification.

Skilled and proficient in MBWA and strong Client Relation

Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with NO disciplines within a year of applying for this position

Exceptional customer service skills

Must be able to multitask.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and be able to operate and maintain site-specific programs
