What you’ll Do
Primary Responsibility
Responsible for Americold’s Oracle Eco System, controls and analysis on behalf of the company. Lead the Oracle initiatives primarily related to the Americold ERP and EPM initiatives. Direct team members (both technical and functional) and resources effectively. Lead data projects and initiatives. Coordinate within Oracle environment and cross-functionally outside of Oracle environment to assure that technology related needs have been adequately addressed. Providing data analysis and reporting to better inform business decisions is critical for the role.
Essential Functions
Design, develop, implement, maintain and update Oracle systems / programs / reports to optimize the system value.
Serve as the project manager for all Oracle system projects and initiatives.
Evaluate Oracle business processes and recommend automated solutions to improve efficiency.
Responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities.
Assign projects within scope of responsibility.
Manage all related tables for customer and rates.
Serve as the liaison for all internal customers’ requests including writing queries to retrieve data for Accounting/Finance, Business Development, Engineering, and Executive Team.
Assign appropriate resources for Training on system for end users.
Lead resource planning and work prioritization for the Oracle team, taking ownership for team results.
Recruit, hire, train, appraise, and develop team members in compliance with corporate policy.
Establish team goals, performance standards, and appropriate measurements.
Serve as an escalation point for all system related issues, processes and procedures.

What Experience and Education You Need
Minimum 5-7 years Oracle Cloud business analysis experience required.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Technology, Management information systems or related degree required.
Strong Oracle Cloud query and reporting experience.
Strong knowledge of core Oracle Cloud tables including creation and management.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale cloud technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working on cross functional project team.
Progressive, flexible and team-oriented approach desired.
Demonstrates uncompromising level of integrity and code of ethics and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Good customers service skills.
What Could Set You Apart
Oracle Cloud business analysis (version 9.x or greater preferred)
Company experience with union populations and associated system functionality preferred.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), planning and organization skills with an ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to listen to client needs and formulate an overall analysis and project plan.
Ability to define and solve practical problems and create accurate, validated reporting for business decision making.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive situations with a keen attention to detail.
Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
Possess a proactive approach with strong customer service orientation.
Good leadership skills.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Physical Requirements
Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions.
Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending.
Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.
Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks.
May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.
May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
Requires the use of various electronic tools.
