ERP Business Systems Manager

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000/year (plus annual discretionary bonus)

Position: ERP Business Systems Manager

This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings strong leadership capabilities, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for collaborating with high-level users to drive business success. The organization is seeking a dynamic manager who will oversee a team of professionals supporting Oracle ERP systems. This is an exciting chance to step into a visible, high-impact role with a strong team in place and the autonomy to take ownership. The team is technically sound, but needs a leader who can communicate effectively, motivate, and help drive results.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of ERP professionals, driving performance and fostering professional development

Oversee operations and strategic initiatives related to Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, and EPM modules

Ensure alignment between technical team efforts and business goals by partnering closely with high-level system users

Act as a liaison between IT and stakeholders to ensure user needs are met and system improvements are implemented

Coordinate with leads to delegate technical responsibilities, with minimal need for hands-on technical work

Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP operations and user experience

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven success in an IT leadership role, especially within ERP systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a history of engaging senior-level users

Experience with Oracle systems (ERP, HCM, Procurement, or EPM modules)

Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and build a positive team culture

Strong business acumen and user-facing experience

Nice To Have Skills & Experience

Background in the oil & gas industry

Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise IT environments

Familiarity with HR and payments systems

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics
