**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections following established protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a recognized phlebotomy training program is preferred.
Certification as a Phlebotomist (e.g., from ASCP, NHA, or a similar organization) is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in phlebotomy (1-2 years preferred) in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
Knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory safety protocols, and infection control practices.
Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) and laboratory information systems (LIS).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting, and handling medical supplies.
