Serve as the lead project manager for major communications initiatives across web and digital channels.
Assist and coach team members using project management tools to organize work, track progress, and manage task efficiently.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage sprint cycles and agile ceremonies in partnership with SCRUM teams and product managers.
Track and report progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner.
Drive alignment across Corporate Communications, Product, UX, and Executive teams.
Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
Ensure timely and clear communication of updates, changes, and decisions to all stakeholders.
Ensure project scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
Lead meetings, stand-ups, and reviews to drive accountability and resolve issues.
Track content readiness, creative assets, development tasks, QA, and launch activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance project workflows and implement best practices in agile and hybrid project management.
Maintain documentation, retrospectives, and process learnings to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in communications or digital content delivery.
Proven track record managing enterprise-scale projects in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Strong experience working with SCRUM teams and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Projects, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Experience working with product managers and understanding of product lifecycle and web content development.
Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
