Your new role

Work closely with 1–2 Project Managers on projects

5 days a week in the Baltimore, MD office

Weekly site visits to check on projects

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in ground-up, education, or municipal is preferred

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Ability to assist on 3–5 projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management software
