The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of project functions within a project. This person is responsible to provide support to the project team through the course of the project.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating workflow, schedules and status updates to customers, internal team and DIRTT manufacturing reps
Accountable for the project start-up and close-out processes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Oversees day-to-day operations of the assigned project
Research materials, labor costs, manages custom requests
Research, source, negotiate and obtain quotes from sub-contractors, internal and external suppliers, follow-up and track all project documentation on tracking spreadsheet
Present prepared estimates or proposals by assembling quotes and displaying descriptive information within DIRTT teams estimate and proposal templates
Responsible for entering and maintaining projects in Interior Supply’s project management software
Ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied as the project evolves
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of construction expertise
Must possess the ability to learn and develop a working knowledge of ICE technology, DIRTTs proprietary design software
Associate degree or higher is preferred
Working knowledge in AutoCAD a plus
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Project Management software
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines
Ability to lead or work as part of a team
Highly motivated to produce accurate, quality documents
Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment
