Vice President of Construction

Our client is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company who has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas, and continuing to expand.

Our client is hiring a VP of Construction. Candidate must live in Charlotte or Atlanta (work from home, travel as needed).

Key details:

• True Owner Rep/Construction Manager role and integral part of development team

• Reports to and works directly with SVP of Construction and CEO

• Guides multiple projects and teams through all phases of development & construction

• Work from home, travel as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 7+ years of wood frame, multifamily, new construction experience with GC & Owner - must have construction management experience

• Has demonstrable series of accomplishments indicating increased responsibility & performance

• Highly effective communication & collaboration skills, robust interpersonal skills, social intelligence

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or similar preferred

Compensation includes attractive base salary, bonus, and potential revenue sharing.
