YPrime’s Finance & Accounting team is searching for a Contracts Specialist to partner with internal and external teams to manage the contract lifecycle from the initial draft to a fully executed document

Advanced Excel skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a related field, or an equivalent amount of working experience

Here are some more details about the job:

You’ll create study budget for client proposals based on specifications obtained from the Sales and Project Management team.

You’ll be responsible for generating the initial draft of the Statement of Work based on study specifications and proposed pricing.

You’ll draft CDA’s, Master Service Agreements and Change Orders.

You’ll manage the contract lifecycle from the initial draft to the fully executed document. Ensures all internal approvers have been obtained.

You’ll work with internal counsel to ensure all contract terms are appropriate and acceptable.

You’ll enter contract information in internal systems and maintains an organized system for all fully executed documents.

You’ll update internal systems with pertinent budget and contract information on an ongoing basis.

You’ll participate in meetings with internal Sales and Operations teams as well as client teams in order to appropriately price client studies

You’ll perform other responsibilities assigned as required

Bachelor’s degree on an equivalent amount of related experience

Prior experience managing or mentoring Project Associates and/or Project Managers

Experience in the Pharmaceutical, eClinical, or CRO/IRT industry
