1.Enter and update data from various sources—including forms, documents, spreadsheets, images, and audio files—into company systems.

2.Review data entries for accuracy and completeness; identify and correct errors as needed.

3.Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information in compliance with internal policies and data protection laws.

4.Organize and manage digital files in a structured and accessible format.

5.Perform regular data quality checks and assist in cleaning and maintaining datasets.

6.Create basic reports and data summaries upon request.

7.Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors through digital tools to clarify data or provide updates.

8.Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

9.Follow established protocols and data entry standards with attention to detail.

10.Support additional administrative tasks when required.

11.Troubleshoot basic issues related to data entry processes and escalate more complex problems appropriately.
