Key Responsibilities:
Enter data from multiple sources (e.g., forms, spreadsheets, documents, images, audio files) into designated databases or software systems accurately.
Review and validate data before and after input, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Uphold data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection standards.
Organize and manage digital files and records systematically for easy access and retrieval.
Conduct routine data checks and support data cleansing efforts as required.
Prepare basic data summaries or reports when requested.
Collaborate and communicate clearly with supervisors and team members via digital tools (email, chat, video calls).
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
