Maintenance Technician

Location: Marshville, NC 28103

Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for our clients and staff. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a meaningful cause, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility operation.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performing necessary repairs and completing work orders.

Support equipment setup, start-up procedures, and on-site installation projects.

Maintain accurate technical documentation for processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of maintenance experience OR 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to demonstrate effective self-regulation strategies in a professional setting.

Coachable and eager to learn new skills.

Must pass a drug screening and background check.
