Were looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Senior Sales Manager to join our team and help lead this transformation.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role for a rising sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Youll focus on expanding our B2B pipeline using AI and automation tools, managing existing retail relationships, and working closely with our founder to modernize our sales workflow. This is a career growth opportunity with a clear path to become our future Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Use tools like Apollo.io, ChatGPT, and CRM platforms to source, score, and nurture wholesale leads

Draft personalized outreach emails, line sheet content, and pitch decks with the support of AI tools

Manage our sales pipeline and retailer communications across platforms like NuOrder, JOOR, and Google Sheets/Notion

Track performance of key accounts and identify reorder and upsell opportunities

Build targeted outreach lists for new drop-ship, specialty, and international retail partners

Support market prep for shows like Coterie and Magic, including buyer follow-ups and order tracking

Partner with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on seasonal strategy and delivery

Youre a Great Fit If You:

Have 35 years of fashion sales experience, ideally in contemporary or women's RTW

Are familiar with wholesale strategy across department stores, off-price, and drop-ship models

Are proficient in using AI platforms like Apollo.io, Clay, Lavender, or ChatGPT to support workflow automation and outreach

Are highly organized and able to manage a multi-brand B2B pipeline

Have excellent written communication skills and an eye for clean, elevated brand presentation

Thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by impact and ownership
