We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk. Key Responsibilities:

1)Accurately input data from a variety of sources, including forms, spreadsheets, documents, images, and audio files, into company databases and software systems.

2)Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any identified discrepancies.

3)Maintain confidentiality and handle all data in compliance with company standards and data privacy regulations.

4)Organize and manage digital files and records to ensure information is easily retrievable.

5)Perform regular quality checks on data and assist with cleanup and maintenance tasks.

6)Generate basic reports or summaries when requested.

7)Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and supervisors through digital communication tools.

8)Manage workload effectively by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

9)Follow all established procedures and best practices for data entry.

10)Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.

11)Identify and troubleshoot basic issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.
