Internship Role
We are seeking a Culinary intern to join us onsite 15-25 hours weekly. This internship role is vital in supporting meals to our guests. The Culinary Intern position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, gaining in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and culinary presentation. You will assist in preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and learning about various cooking styles and cuisine types.
*The Internship duration will be 3 to 6 months. Hours are Breakfast, 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Lunch Prep and Lunch is 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM and Dinner Prep and Dinner is 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP
What we will trust you with:
Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking.
Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Learn and apply various cooking techniques and recipes.
Make sure food temperature are maintained and food is stored properly
Help with inventory management and ingredient storage.
Support plating and presentation of dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations
All other duties assigned
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
Basic math skills, ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
Good communication and teamwork skills.
