Sr. Applications Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Engineer to lead the design and development of complex linear motion systems, primarily serving clients in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. This role involves creating complete system designs, including components, detailed drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs), using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, along with practical experience in electrical controls—specifically working with servomotors, sensors, and related components. Experience with the design of actuators and advanced motion systems is essential, with preference given to those familiar with semiconductor applications.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in motion systems design engineering

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics

Experience with CATIA is a plus

Strong understanding of electrical control systems (e.g., servomotors, sensors, etc)

Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
