The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Analyst to support the implementation of its Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS), with a focus on SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). This role requires leading end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash processes, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, supporting testing phases, and ensuring successful delivery and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering workshops and create Agile Product Backlog items (e.g., user stories, RICEFs).

Act as SME for SAP-BRIM including SOM, CI, CM, CC, and FICA modules.

Configure pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, dunning, and collection processes.

Manage integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.

Support business process transformation and documentation.

Required Skills:

8+ years SAP BRIM/Billing implementation experience.

5+ years configuring SAP-BRIM modules (CC, CI, CM, FICA).

Strong Order-to-Cash business process expertise.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO).

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Engagement Requirements:

Must reside in the continental U.S. (no offshore allowed).

Must pass ePATCH and National Criminal Background Check.

Occasional on-site presence in Harrisburg, PA required during key project phases (no travel reimbursement provided).
