Reports To: Project Manager

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work.

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.

Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports, measurement books, and material logs.

Estimate quantities, costs, and resources needed for construction projects.

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems on-site.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Assist in project planning and scheduling.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Proven experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
