WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You will work a consistent schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. Enjoy a balanced work-life while leading a dedicated team. As an Operations Manager at JAGS Mechanical, your day will be filled with diverse and engaging activities. You will manage our skilled technicians in the field, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal service delivery. Training new technicians will be a key part of your role, fostering their growth and integrating them into our team. You'll also maintain and build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our high standards and driving continuous improvement.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN OPERATIONS MANAGER?

5+ years of experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, food service equipment, electric, or plumbing

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Ability to train and mentor new team members effectively
