Job Description

Job Title: Customer Fulfillment SpecialistLocation: (City, State): Houston, TXPay: $28-$30 DOE

Formal Job Description:Our client is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to coordinate order fulfillment, export logistics, and cross-functional communication to ensure accurate, timely delivery and exceptional service throughout the supply chain.

Main Duties or Job Description:

Oversee end-to-end order management, ensuring timely delivery and quick resolution of service issues.

Coordinate export operations, including scheduling, customs compliance, and documentation accuracy.

Act as the central point of contact between sales, internal teams, and third-party vendors to support ongoing customer needs.

Maintain and update CRM and JDE systems, processing orders with speed and accuracy.

Prepare shipping documents and manage records to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Communicate effectively across departments—Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&I, HSE, and more—to drive operational efficiency.

Respond swiftly to emails and inquiries, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Wants on Resume:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of customer service experience, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Working knowledge of export documentation (IMDG, IATA, 49CFR).

Experience with ERP systems.

Familiar with logistics, supply chain, or industrial/chemical manufacturing; oilfield experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

CTH or DH

Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM On Site & Rotating Schedule of ONE weekend per month Saturday & Sunday 7AM-7PM WFH
