$50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus & CommissionsResponsibilities:
Transaction Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact between our team, title companies, sellers, lenders and buyers to keep all deals on track.
Monitor and follow up daily on outstanding items from any party involved in a deal.
Proactively solve problems: clear title issues, handle addendums, coordinate closings, and make sure everyone is aligned.
Ensure every transaction is properly entered, tracked, and updated in our CRM (Podio).
Create simple workflows and checklists to streamline project management and reduce delays.
Admin Support
Assist with team growth efforts, including hiring support and coordination
Jump in on ongoing projects and operational tasks as needed
Provide flexible support across departments to keep the business running smoothly and efficientlyQualifications:
2+ years in operations, logistics, real estate, or project coordination
Strong communicator, clear, concise, and proactive
Excellent with deadlines, follow-through, and multitasking
Organized and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks
Problem-solver who takes ownership and finds solutions
Resourceful, you Google before you ask, and know how to use ChatGPT
Tech-savvy, CRM/project tools (Podio preferred)
