Pay:

Hourly pay during training, then commission-based earnings between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on sales performance

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM

ARE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Valid driver's license

10 key experience

A great attitude with a professional appearance

Strong, clear communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service

Ability to type 40+ wpm

Ability to explain complex vehicle issues clearly

Ability to use a computer for managing service records, processing transactions, and troubleshooting minor issues

Possessing an ASE Certification is a plus!

Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor or in a related customer service role is preferred

AVERAGE DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Every day, you are the trusted link between customers and our expert technicians. You greet customers with a friendly smile, listen attentively to their concerns, and translate their needs into accurate repair orders. You explain maintenance and repair recommendations, ensuring customers understand their options while providing clear cost estimates. Throughout the process, you keep customers informed, coordinate with technicians, and ensure each service visit runs smoothly. Whether you're answering questions, processing payments, or following up to ensure satisfaction, you play a vital role in delivering a seamless, professional experience that keeps customers coming back.
