About the Role

As a Product Manager at Treering, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the traditional school yearbook for today's digital generation. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll collaborate across teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own the success of Treering's flagship Yearbook product.

Be a strong voice of the customer and advocate for their needs while driving product excellence.

Develop deep domain expertise in the business and workflows.

Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to build a product roadmap addressing their objectives.

Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality products.

Foster purpose, clarity, and energy across cross-functional teams.

Provide detailed product requirements, use cases, and priorities for tasks and projects. Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.

Ownership mindset with a willingness to tackle tasks of all sizes.

Ability to balance team needs with company goals.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Data-driven decision-making approach.

Solid understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle and a preference for iterative, fast-paced development.

Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Superb communication skills: Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively upwards and downwards Preferred Skills

SaaS experience in the mid-market segment.

Proficiency with SQL.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub. Treering Benefits

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
