Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Assembler to join their production team. The Assembler is responsible for putting together components to form finished products according to company standards. This is a hands-on role that supports efficient workflow, quality production, and adherence to established processes. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, team players with basic mechanical aptitude and warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble product components using specified parts and tools.
Follow assembly instructions and meet production quality standards.
Report any quality or assembly issues to the Lead Person immediately.
Assist with packing operations as needed.
Monitor inventory of materials and supplies daily; report shortages via verbal communication or shortage forms.
Stock case converter parts per direction from the Lead Person.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High degree of hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
Ability to accurately count and follow instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with air tools is a plus.
Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate and comprehend safety guidelines and work instructions in English.
Forklift operation skills are beneficial but not required.
Working Conditions:
Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for handling tools and materials.
Occasionally required to kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., often using arms, back, and legs in repetitive motion.
Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
