Job SummaryAs the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for performing advanced technical and application support functions to meet the Division's infrastructure needs.
Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support our client by performing advanced technical and application support functions. This position will be a W2 contract, full-time, and hybrid.
What You’ll Do:
Perform knowledgebase documentation with a focus on Division Infrastructure needs and changes
Participate in team meetings with a focus on internal operational needs, issues, and solutions
Perform Distributed File System structure on premises and cloud environments
Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for DDD operational equipment (PCs, printers, network devices, and services)
Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for DDD workstations, printers, and other network devices
Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for DDD workstations, printers, and other network devices
Install, configure, and upgrade Division COTS and SaaS applications
Perform Hardware Provisioning
Perform Technology and Equipment Inventory Tracking
Perform backup and restore processes
What You'll Need:
Required:
5 years of experience with Microsoft Server Administration
5 years of experience with desktop/laptop/tablet/smartphone configuration and maintenance
5 years of experience with user provisioning through on-premise and cloud Active Directory
5 years of experience with knowledge base / task management reporting using JIRA
5 years of experience with remote support tools
2 years of experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of MS SQL Server
5 years of experience with SCCM, GPOs, creation, configuration, and maintenance
3 years of experience with server virtualization
2 years of experience with SEIM integration
2 years of experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager
Preferred:
5 years of experience with Enterprise hardware/software
2 years of experience with MS Exchange configuration and troubleshooting
2 years of experience with complex firewall environments
Physical Demands:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
