Director of Quality Assurance

Join a leading innovator in the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing industry, where your quality leadership will shape operational excellence, drive industry compliance, and support cutting-edge product development.

In this role, you will:

Lead and evolve company-wide quality strategy, driving alignment with AS9100, NADCAP, MIL-PRF-31032, and aerospace/defense compliance standards.

Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and modern quality systems (e.g., ProCIM, SAP, ERP), ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Oversee and mentor a high-performing quality team, managing audits, certifications, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Champion corrective action processes, customer complaint resolution, and root cause analysis for returned materials and nonconformance issues.

Bring deep PCB industry experience, including rigid/flex circuit manufacturing and insight into DLA and military/aerospace quality requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and external partners to enhance quality culture and mitigate risk.

Required:

10+ years in quality assurance in manufacturing, with 5+ in a senior leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing.

U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR compliance).
