Order Picker / Packer

Our client, a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking an Order Picker / Packer to join their team. As a Order Picker / Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Order Picker / Packer

Location: Junction City, KS

Pay Range: $14.94/hr

Shifts Monday - Thursday 4am - 2:30pm OR

Friday - Saturday & Sunday 5am - 5:30pm *Work 36 hours get paid for 40.

What's the Job?

Accurately load and unload freight safely and efficiently.

Sort merchandise according to purchase orders (PO) and SKU.

Use a radio frequency (RF) gun to locate and select merchandise for shipment.

Pack single and multiple customer orders, ensuring correct shipping labels are applied.

Sort product onto tilt trays for shipment to stores.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.

Basic math skills and ability to analyze data as required.
