What will I be doing? As a member of our Spa Concierge Team, you serve as a representative of the Woodhouse brand. You will be responsible for all aspects of cleanliness, set-ups, and maintaining all spa standards. Other job responsibilities to perform at the highest standards include:
Using upgraded language to greet our guests upon arrival and departure
Properly orienting our guests in the locker room areas
Assisting our guests with booking appointments in an efficient, confident, and professional manner
Assist with spa cleanliness and esthetic; providing quality service and maintaining a well-stocked locker room. This includes replenishing amenities as needed, and removing any items left behind by guests such as towels and robes
Provide immediate attention to guests needs; provide solutions
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of spa informationThe ideal Spa Concierge will have:
Positive attitude, a passion for service, and attention to detail
Ability to work as a team
Professional appearance
