The Emergency Supervisor is capable of implementing water remediation procedures consistent with the IICRC S-500 Standard.

The Emergency Supervisor is responsible for supervising and mentoring Restoration Technicians working with him/her.rnResponsibilities:rnrnOversees emergency projects to ensure quality and service delivery.rnConfirms emergency scope of work including mitigation possibilities with Emergency Mitigation Manager/Project Manager on site.rnCommunicates the extent of damage and scope of emergency work to the insurance company or independent adjuster when required.rnDeploys the best quality team and selects sub trades when required for emergencies.rnManages and supervises emergency and contents crew while on an emergency job site.rnPractices the company Standard Operating Procedures for water remediation, mold and Asbestos.rnrnQualifications:rnrnMinimum High School graduate or equivalent.rnIICRC CertificationrnMinimum of 3 years' experience in the restoration/emergency industryrnMust have experience leading and managing a teamrnKnowledge of drying sciences and application of cleaning agents for specific losses such as sewage back-up claims and mold claimsrnProficient in Demos and strip outsrnAbility to use the moisture reading instruments for correct and thorough moisture investigation and reporting.rnKnowledge of the capability and limitations of all equipment used in water damaged environments.rnWork activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)rnrnARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?rnIf you feel that you would be right for this position, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application so that we can review your information.
