Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to customized event menus
Oversee food preparation, packaging, transportation, and event setup
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and uphold all food safety standards
Lead and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Collaborate on menu planning, inventory control, and cost management
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a chef in catering, events, or high-volume kitchens
Culinary training or certification preferred; ServSafe/Food Handler required
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends, early mornings, and holidays
Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
