Front End Manager - Shop 'n Save

Job Description

We are looking for a Front End Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of associates throughout the store. We offer competitive wage, paid vacations, 401(K), health benefits and more!

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of cashiers, baggers and service desk associates.

Write schedules and adjust the workforce throughout the week to satisfy business demand

Train and evaluate employees

Perform daily cash office reconciliation.

Perform weekly cash office reporting.

Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.

Manage and resolve employee conflicts

Reconcile store charge accounts on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
