RDC Warehouse Supervisor

Salary:

$52,000 – $68,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our Regional Distribution Center (RDC) team. This role focuses on overseeing the warehouse's shipping and distribution processes, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You would also be responsible for training, coaching, and developing the warehouse team, while upholding customer service standards and safety protocols. 1. Outbound dock management

2. Outbound lane auditing, sequencing, prioritization

3. Outbound dock consolidation management

4. Order selector accountability

5. Outbound material pallet wrapping

6. Outbound order loading

7. Quality assurance

8. Completion of the daily outbound process
