Crew Member/Foreman

Ebright Landscapes Inc is a full- service landscape and lawn maintenance company looking for a motivated crew member to join our team. Qualified applicants may also be considered for management level positions. Landscape maintenance consists of edging and mulching of beds, pruning of bushes, trimming of trees, and leaf removal. Lawn maintenance consists of mowing/trimming of lawns and fertilization treatment. We service both commercial and residential properties in Central Ohio.

Job Type: Full-time: Monday-Friday (40-45 hours per week)

Crew Member Job Responsibilities:

-Effectively execute tasks instructed by manager

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Operation of small equipment

Crew Manager Responsibilities:

-Managing and motivating a team of multiple crew members

-Ensure completion of projects in an accurate and timely fashion

- Ability to operate dump trucks (non-CDL)

- Ability to pull large trailers and knowledge of proper loading techniques

- Operation of small equipment

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay is based on experience and performance

- Minimum starting pay rate of $16.00/hr

Required Certification

- Valid Driver’s License (Clean driving record)

Required Education

- High school or equivalent
